Mr Joseph Norris is a consultant urological surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He also holds the post of honorary consultant surgeon at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (Charing Cross Hospital).

He trained in the renowned London urology deanery (Imperial, St Georges, UCLH) and has a broad-based skillset, treating all urological conditions.

His specialist interest is minimally invasive prostate surgery, particularly focal therapy for prostate cancer (HIFU, NanoKnife, cryotherapy) and MIST BPH surgery (GreenLight, Rezum, UroLift, Echolaser / TPLA).

He has a long-standing passion for academia, completing three prestigious fellowships in prostate cancer (RCSEng, MRC, NIHR), culminating in over 180 peer-reviewed publications, 130 presentations and a prize-winning PhD from UCL, under Professor Mark Emberton.
