Dr Neelakshi Goyal

Dr Goyal is an experienced FRCPath consultant histopathologist with over eight years of expertise in histopathology and cytology. Currently, she serves as the cellular pathology lead for breast cancer screening services at North West London Pathology, where she specialises in the diagnostic evaluation of breast and gynecological cancers. Prior to her role at the Trust, Dr Goyal was a consultant histopathologist at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust, where she also held the position of breast lead for Queen Mary's Hospital.

Dr Goyal completed her histopathology and cytology training at Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, India, where she was honored with the Gold Medal for being the best outgoing trainee. She earned her medical degree from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India, receiving seven Gold Medals in recognition of her academic excellence.
