Deborah Orowole is a healthcare professional with over 15 years of experience working within the NHS Paying Patients department.

She began her career at the North Middlesex Hospital NHS Trust and later moved on to Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. At Cambridge Hospital, Deborah successfully led the Paying Patient Team for four years, implementing new processes and improvements that significantly enhanced service delivery.

Deborah joined Imperial NHS Private Healthcare in June 2024, and she continues to make a significant impact. Deborah is a subject-matter expert in NHS commercial services and contract negotiation, bringing a wealth of experience to her current role. Driven by a strong belief and passion to protect income, Deborah believes that revenue generation is used to improve the Imperial College Healthcare NHS services for the benefit of both private and NHS patients for a better clinical outcome and patients’ satisfaction. Her dedication to enhancing patient care and her strategic approach to service management make her an asset to the Trust.
