Since qualifying as a midwife in 2010, Jenny has built a remarkable career grounded in expertise, dedication, and a passion for delivering exceptional maternity care. With extensive experience across all areas of midwifery - both inpatient and community settings - she has been a steadfast advocate for the health and well-being of mothers and babies alike.

Jenny began her management journey by leading one of the largest community teams at Queen Charlotte's and Chelsea Hospital (QCCH), a role she held for two years. Her outstanding leadership and commitment to quality care led to her progression to the position of Matron for Private Maternity Services at QCCH in 2021. In this capacity, she has combined her clinical expertise with an inclusive and compassionate approach to managing teams. Her leadership is defined by a commitment to ensuring safe outcomes for clients while fostering positive experiences for families.

Beyond her leadership roles, Jenny has a proven track record in driving quality improvement projects and service advancements, underscoring her dedication to innovation in maternity care. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Advanced Clinical Practice, demonstrating her ongoing commitment to professional growth and excellence. Guided by values of empathy, collaboration, and safety, Jenny continues to inspire her teams and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of maternity care.
